‣ How much does delivery cost?

We offer free delivery over $85.
Standard delivery for orders under $85 will be $10. Estimated 3-7 business days
Express delivery will be $16. Estimated delivery 1-3 business days.

‣ Restaurant and Cafe

We offer free delivery within 10km of Melbourne. Any orders less than $50 will attract an admin fee of $10.
You can also take advantage of our free shipping for orders over $85

‣ How long does it take to deliver?

Standard delivery has an estimated delivery of 3-7 business days.

Express delivery has an estimated delivery of 1-3 business days.

At times there will be delays outside of our control for example Christmas and flooding.

‣ Need it in a hurry?

Select express shipping and leave a message in the notes section for which date you require the items.

‣ How long for dispatch?

We dispatch within 24 hours.

‣ Shipping confirmation and tracking number?

You will receive an order confirmation once purchased.

You will also receive a shipping confirmation message with a tracking number.

Please check your junk mail if you did not receive it.

‣ Do you accept returns?

Please choose carefully as we do not accept refunds or returns for change of mind or if our product does not meet your expectations.

We ensure all pieces are in whole wheels upon dispatch. In the event the item is damaged, please send picture(s) of the package and product. We will investigate and provide an amicable solution.

‣ International delivery

We can deliver the items to overseas via standard or express. The costs are variable per country and are available at the checkout.

It is your responsibility to check customs charges and if dried fruits can be received into your country. We will not take responsibility for customs charges or if your order cannot be received into your country and the sale will be concluded at the dispatch with tracking number stage.
